The Edinburgh Street Historians are a group of Edinburgh-based tour guides who perform waking tours on a variety of subjects.

Our main aim is to do walking tours a bit differently, whether that means doing more interesting versions of regular tours or doing tours other companies would never touch or think of. This includes looking at our rich heritage of green spaces, visible in our weekly Meadows Tour, our amazing queer history, available in our LGBTQ tour, or our Forgotten Women’s Tour.

Recently we’ve been appearing in press due to our decision to drop Harry Potter walking tours for the month of June and replace them with LGBTQ tours.
